As an undergraduate student in the Greater Lansing area, I am determined to graduate with a major in Neuroscience and a minor in Spanish. My peers and respected colleagues have described me as determined, overachieving, and lionhearted, and I intend to live up to these expectations.
As a first-generation college student, I have faced numerous challenges and obstacles that many of my peers have not had to encounter. However, I remain committed to pushing myself to achieve my lofty aspirations and leaving a lasting impact on the world.
While my primary ambition is to work in the medical field after graduation, I have also gained valuable experience in various fields, including food service, industry, construction management, and supervision. These experiences have taught me valuable skills and helped me develop a strong work ethic, which I believe will serve me well in my future endeavors.
Ultimately, my goal is to make a positive impact on the world and leave it a better place than when I found it. I am confident that with hard work, determination, and a bit of luck, I will be able to achieve this goal and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. The sky's the limit!
Powerlifting has been apart of my everyday life since my sophomore year in high school- when i joined varsity sports. I have been fluxing my lifts and body weight periodically: I would go into these cycles of different diets and workouts that cater to my current goals. I do have ambition when i am older to compete in competition; however, i want to graduate first with a degree before i can invest my time and money into something that intense and serious.
