
While working as a server at Atria retirement, I quickly had to learn customer service and multitasking skills. I maintained a professional demeanor and good service while managing several orders and a few angry customers. I took my people skills from the retirement home to Pump It Up where I demonstrated working well under pressure in a chaotic work environment, while staying on schedule. My excellent people and problem solving skills were recognized, as I worked my way up to the top position as a manager. Here is where I excelled in team leadership and maintaining ultimate customer satisfaction. Also demonstrated clear communication while booking events, confirming parties, and making transactions over the phone. During my time at Pump It Up, I found a second job during the Easter and Christmas holidays as a sales associate. Here is where I demonstrated team collaboration and contributed to growth of sales by clearly and efficiently presenting products.
