Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including customer service, sales, and inventory management. Lead a team of 3-5 technicians to maintain service levels. Work with customers to sell tires and service. Maintain new and existing inventory. Perform tire maintenance, rotations, balancing, repairs, and mobile service.

Work with Escrow/Title Officers to balance final closing figures and ensure all closing timelines are met and all parties are informed throughout the closing process. Review loan files for accuracy and compliance. Responsible for all aspects of closing from docs through investor purchase, and insuring. Verify all Prior to Funding Conditions are cleared by the appropriate parties prior to funding. Balance all final closing figures including the funding wire and request lender funds to be sent for the targeted closing date. Proficient in all relevant loan closing related systems including: Encompass, MERS, Doc Magic, Microsoft Office.

In this closing/funding position, we handled the preparation of closing documents for customers to sign. Verify all final loan info is correct and matching. Example: borrower IDs, addresses, mailing addresses, social security numbers, etc. etc. Work with Escrow/Title Officers to balance final closing figures and ensure all closing timelines are met and all parties are informed throughout the closing process.
