  • Oversaw the design and complete rebuild of the entire Clubhouse, Pro-shop, and Swimming Pool facilities, resulting in higher member satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing and implementing long-range strategic and annual business plans, operating reports, and forecasts.
  • Directly responsible for a staff of approximately 50 employees including the executive chef, dining room manager, banquet manger, and snack bar manager.
  • Manage all Clubhouse related departments and food and beverage outlets.
  • Create and manage the operating, and capital improvements budget for all Clubhouse departments.
  • Ensure that all Club core values and policies are being met and direct corrective action procedures as necessary.
  • Maintain daily contact with Club members and staff to assure maximum satisfaction.
  • Meet with members and clients to plan future events and manage all of the operations for over 200 private parties, and member events a year.
  • Managed the F&B and Clubhouse operations for 7 annual “Web.com” PGA Tour Events held 2008-2014.
