- Assist in developing and implementing long-range strategic and annual business plans, operating reports, and forecasts.
- Directly responsible for a staff of approximately 50 employees including the executive chef, dining room manager, banquet manger, and snack bar manager.
- Manage all Clubhouse related departments and food and beverage outlets.
- Create and manage the operating, and capital improvements budget for all Clubhouse departments.
- Ensure that all Club core values and policies are being met and direct corrective action procedures as necessary.
- Maintain daily contact with Club members and staff to assure maximum satisfaction.
- Meet with members and clients to plan future events and manage all of the operations for over 200 private parties, and member events a year.
- Managed the F&B and Clubhouse operations for 7 annual “Web.com” PGA Tour Events held 2008-2014.
