- As Store Manager of The Impeccable Pig I was responsible for all operations in the store, including recruiting and hiring, selling and service and merchandising all incoming and current product. In doing so, I was given the opportunity to be creative in all problem-solving situations and hone my skills as a leader. In addition to my in store tasks, I was made a point peer manager for our district, meaning all incoming and existing managers would reach out to me for any questions or training issues. I was also tasked with creating all training agendas and materials for incoming associates, as well as creating SOP packets for managers on selling and service and in store standards. My time as store manager at the Impeccable Pig gave me the opportunity to learn and hone skills as a leader, a seller and a merchandiser.

I learned how to tailor a client’s experience for them individually and how to add additional items to their purchase that would benefit not only the client’s needs but their previous and current purchase items. I was able to teach each individual client how to use the products for themselves once they purchased the items and took them home. I also learned how to work as part of a team to give a client a full service experience in order to not only get the immediate sale, but to also make the client feel they could come back for consistent service and product education.

Accomplishments
