I was selected as Certified Training Manager in recognition of leadership impact and ability to scale results through others.I transitioned from single-unit ownership to multi-unit influence across a defined patch. I have trained and coached General Managers, managers, and crew members to improve performance, consistency, and leadership effectiveness. I held General Managers accountable to key metrics while partnering on problem-solving and development plans. I have provided Field Leader coverage across Nevada, Northern Arizona, and Southern Utah, ensuring continuity of leadership and standards. I have supported restaurants in building strong training cultures and implementing standardized development tools. I was promoted to General Manager with full ownership of people development, operations, and business results. At my store, I built and sustained a leadership bench through intentional hiring, training, and succession planning. As the store leader, I drove consistent execution of Food, Feel, and Flow standards, earning Restaurateur status on September 9, 2025. I held managers accountable to operational standards, financial results, and team performance. Daily I managed labor, scheduling, and budgets to align business needs with a people-first culture. I was able to be partnered with Field Leaders and cross-functional teams through town halls, leadership trainings, and market initiatives. I supported restaurants across Southern Utah, Arizona, and Nevada by sharing best practices and strengthening leadership capability.
I progressed rapidly through all crew positions, gaining a full understanding of restaurant operations and execution. I was then promoted to Kitchen Leader and Service Leader by consistently modeling Chipotle’s values and leadership behaviors.
