Responsible for overseeing the Loan Operations Department, which includes the credit office, credit analysts, and central loan processing. Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing/servicing and related customer support activities for the Bank’s loan portfolio, which includes developing and implementing best practices in loan processing/servicing related policies, procedures, and business processes; complying with all related State and Federal lending laws and regulations. Complete loan proposal forms and submit to loan committees for approval
Determine credit worthiness of applicants
Designate degree of risk involved in extending credit by performing cash flow analysis of businesses
Assess, analyze and interpret complicated financial information
Undertaking risk analysis by developing statistical models
Analyze financial briefings
Ensure all approved applications comply with firm and lender criteria
Respond to inquiries from lenders
Keep knowledge of key issues up-to-date (for example legal, market risk and compliance issues)

Review open commitments and their effect on forecast
