Work with multiple tables giving excellent costumer service. Trained new servers with menu items, restaurant procedures, and cash to help enhance team performance and quality service. This position has helped me build a strong multitasking skill by managing multiple tables at the same time, and a strong costumer service skill by resolving customer complaints effectively and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Helped tutor students who were in need of extra help in understanding different subjects. This position helped my gain skills in assessing students, creating individualized lesson plans for certain subjects and areas, and it has helped me learn how to be flexible with my students and try new teaching methods.

Helped mentally disabled adults learn basic mental and living skills to help them rejoin society. This position helped me build skills in managing challenging behaviors effectivity, providing personal care and support, being compassionate and patient, and understanding a patients unique needs to help them complete their personal goals.
