The development of this role has allowed the company to better track lead intake and distribution among agents. The initial introduction meeting between prospective clients and the experienced Agent(s) holding this position allows for more dedicated time to educating clients, ensuring they are a good fit for the company/culture, and providing them with the applicable information regarding management.
