I enjoy being a team player, making relationships, and completing goals with my work associates. At Dutch Bros, I built so many relationships with my customers and coworkers. This helped me make connections and make the workplace more like a family. It is always amazing to even see a customer get excited or smile when you remember their order or get a follow up on their life from the last time you saw them.
