Over the last 6 years working in customer service, I have built many traits that have shaped me to be a better employee. I used to struggle multitasking but I've learned to be able to handle multiple tasks as they pile on. I've learned to be a quick learner and pick up on new things as they are shown to me. I've learned to go above and beyond for clients, this means taking the extra mile for them to make sure they are satisfied when they walk out the door. I love helping people with their needs and growing relationships with new clients which is why I have been in customer service for 6+ years.
