- I began as an inventory associate at the Davis location where I kept accurate accounts for all products and their state specific UID's in order to uphold compliance within the state laws and regulations implemented by the DCC
- Within a short time frame I was then promoted to becoming a grand opening field trainer
- While in the field training position I would assist in all grand openings and training and development of the new management and inventory teams to implement several SOPs and overall best practices as well as building an understanding of all state mandated laws
- I then was entrusted and sought after for the General Manager position of the Benicia location where I could develop my own team and watch all of my implementations blossom, increasing the stores week over week profits and productivity while decreasing stalled labor costs through strategic delegation and accountability for each individual employees performance
- Duties included weekly assessments on the staffs efficiency and ability to optimize the average ticket value while decreasing wait time
- Weekly coaching was held with each and every employee in order to get a pulse on each individuals understanding of the expectations set in place
- I also crafted the staff schedule based upon the stores heat map on busy and slower time frames
- I assisted the inventory team and would spot check each departments work regularly to ensure accuracy and efficiency
