I took over 9 locations across SC. 3/9 of the locations were rough around the edges. During my time here I managed to bring all 9 locations to a profitable status. I put management teams in all of the locations. I lowered COGs for 8/9 by 10-15%.

I took over 5 locations. During my time here I managed to bring all 5 locations to a profitable state. The lowest being a 10% and highest being a 32% profit. The district became number 1 in the company as we increased sales and lowered window times. Labor dropped in all locations by 10% achieving the goal we had set for us. During my time I trained my replacement and they currently run the district now.

During my time at this location I brought the location from 146/147 to 10/147. I increased sales by 20k and increased EBITDA by 10% making the location profitable. COGs was lowered by 10%. I put a new management team in the location and trained my replacement to take over once I was gone.

During my time here I managed the location alongside 5 assistant managers. When I took over the location was 143/147 and after my time here we were at 4/147. I improved sales in the location and increased weekly sales by 15-20k a week. I lowered COGs by 20% and decreased labor by 15-20%. The location became profitable and I trained my replacement to take over once I was moved.

I was responsible for managing the shifts, completing truck orders, managing and counting inventory. I worked closely with my General Manager to improve daily operations. I trained employees and fellow managers.

I was responsible for greeting guests, cleaning all areas of the restaurant, and making food and serving guests.
