Summary

Between my experience as a barista, a waitress, and other food service jobs, I have become much more capable in my customer service skills. With the compliments that I receive from guests, I feel confident that I can use my abilities in this new position to continue creating meaningful customer experiences. One of the things I enjoy most about being a barista is the connections that I can make with customers and the ways that I can make them smile, so I think I would be a great fit for this position. I also consider myself easy to get along with and keen to meet new people, always wanting to do what I can to create a positive work environment for everyone. Additionally, I take cleanliness and order quite seriously, specifically in the realm of food service, so I am well equipped to maintain an organized, safe, and comfortable environment for my coworkers and guests alike. I'm also confident in my ability to be creative and try new things. At my current job, I often make up my own drink recipes for sampling, often receiving positive customer feedback, and also try to add individual touches to orders when I have the time. This is something that many customers have expressed appreciation for, because of this I believe that I will have no difficulty making each interaction special.
