Ava Ramos

I bring a unique blend of leadership, work ethic, and customer service skills shaped by my experience as a volleyball coach, and a server at Pappasito's, while being a full time student. As I coached volleyball, I developed strong leadership strategies and motivational abilities, focusing on individual growth. I strengthened my communication and problem solving skills while creating a positive environment for young athletes to excel physically and mentally. Complementing this, my role as a server, bartender and togo server at Pappasito's has sharpened my ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings. I learned the importance of clear communication, teamwork, and attentiveness to clients, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. These combined experiences have strengthened my ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while cultivating teamwork and efficient service.
