I've been always taught to have good work ethic and manners from my parents. I look to them as leading examples of a hard working, determined, reliable employees. I applied at my first job when i was 14 my freshmen year and stayed until I was 16 turning 17. My firs job being bahama bucks then leaving to old navy. I knew I needed to get into the work force as soon as possible to learn the skills of a employee like managing my time efficiently between personal life and work life.
