Hi, my name is Avalon Baker. Passionately grounded in the arts and a California School of the Arts High School graduate, I attended a summer Arts CIEE Conservancy in Prague, the Czech Republic. This unforgettable, Independent experience was a growth opportunity that I will never forget. I explored further into finding my own artistic identity as well as I gaining independence and experience working in collaboration with others. As well as overall gaining a greater passion for the arts. That experience strengthened my adaptability, confidence, and creativity.
I am passionate about pursuing gallery work in marketing, including creating brochures, organizing exhibitions, and contributing to event planning. Art is central to who I am it represents history, culture, and connection and I am eager to gain hands-on experience in the creative industry.
I am a fast-paced, adaptable, and extroverted team player who thrives in collaborative environments. As a Barista Shift Lead, I developed strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, managing inventory, coordinating shifts, and ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Currently a studio arts major, I aspire to run my own gallery and exhibit my work. I bring a strong work ethic, creativity, and a proactive attitude, and I am committed to contributing positively to any team while continuing to grow professionally.
