- Silverstem was one of the retail jobs I picked up shortly after leaving my last job. I managed to move up in the company as a lead budtender in two months which involved me helping run a million-dollar store and handle thousands of inventories that would come in at once. I managed 17+ employees each day with breaks, customer situations, inventory problems and helping with scheduling as well. Keeping the flow of the store was one of my top priorities as a lead and most days every coworker/customer would come to me with any situation/compliment because they knew it would be handled properly.

- I started at New West as my external site for school and eventually was offered a job after finishing up my schooling. Setting up rooms for the providers was one of the efficient skills I learned to do in that short amount of time since each provider wanted everything set up a certain way each day. Also having to handle multiple patient refill prescriptions in a timely manner in order to ensure that patients would be provided their medication in the correct time that they were asked to take it.
