I have been practicing Taekwondo ever since I was nine. It started as a small interest and got bigger the more I advanced in ranks. After about 9 years of practice and commitment I am now a 3rd degree black belt. I started to compete in tournaments locally and got very invested into the fighting side of the art. I now go around the country and the world competing at Olympic level events against the best athletes in the world. This sport has taught me how valuable discipline and respect is in not only the sport but in the real world as well.
