- As a lead designer I manage the design and development of the Rebalance Health re-brand. I updated the entire site as well as all marketing tools to create a consistent look and feel. I work directly with the engineering team as well as stake holders to ensure on time delivery for new features and promotional content.

- At MedPace I built out an overall process for the engineering team on top of owning and managing the design system. I was an integral part of moving the entire design team, including all UX and frontend engineers, to Figma and rebuilt every component to make prototyping easier and more efficient. I also worked with many different facets of the company and design audits of their current apps to ensure the branding across all platforms were aligned. I led the team out of Denver and kept up communication with the office in Cincinnati.

- While at Bounteous I was the lead designer for Coca-Cola Store US and CA. I designed promotional emails for upcoming product releases and upcoming sales, mainly for Christmas time. I also helped maintain the online store by updating banner ads for both mobile and desktop. After that, I moved over to the Chase For Business team where I was able to help consolidate their design system and convert almost all their banner templates and files from Sketch to Figma to support the engineering team while implementing new features for future product release.

- As the senior designer for the internal “Coach” team. In this role, I was able to consolidate and update the current desktop for coaches to help them schedule their athlete’s workouts, dietary plans, and overall schedules. As the designer, I updated the interface, exploring and designing new features to implement on a regular cadence. I was also able to help redefine and consolidate their current design system to make it much more streamlined for the engineers to execute quickly and easily.

- Developed a new design system to be utilized across marketing and development for the redesign of the Ria Money Transfer app. As a key part of the team, we reinvented and redesigned the app from the ground up. From prototypes and wireframes to building responsive components that would make the user experience as easy as possible. The app is scheduled to hit 17 countries in the next six months.
