I ride a road bike (Trek Emonda) and ride about 8,000 miles/year.  I lead Spokes old shop ride on Sunday's and Conte's shop ride on Saturday's. I enjoy the fitness aspect of cycling, also, the friendships, as I like to cycle with others.
