
Concierge - Residential Property
Provide high-volume front desk resident support services. My responsibilities include assisting residents with parking, packages, and daily requests, while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism. Handle all incoming calls from prospective residents, provide accurate property information, and transfer inquiries to the property manager during office hours. Document and file incident reports in accordance with property procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Monitor building access and security systems, including surveillance cameras, while maintaining situational awareness to ensure safety. I am recognized for reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic, consistently going above and beyond by covering additional shifts, supporting team operations, and ensuring resident/guest satisfaction.
