Project 1: State EDI Upload/Download:
Description: The main objective of this project is automation of EDI 270/271 exchanges with 10 state healthcare programs, securely transferring files to/from protected websites. My automations transformed manual processes into seamless 24/7 operations, improving productivity, accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities:
The individual led the development of over 20 automation processes across 10 states, focusing on large-scale EDI 270/271 file uploads and downloads. They implemented resilient processes, managed deployment and scheduling in Orchestrator, conducted extensive testing, provided ongoing production support, and ensured quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. They demonstrated expertise in end-to-end RPA development.
Project 2: Claims data extraction by Desktop App.
Responsibilities:
The individual developed complex enterprise-grade automation solutions using UiPath and modular architecture principles. They led the design and development of 50+ automations for business processes, reducing development time by 35%. They configured and onboarded new RPA processes, provided expert-level production support for mission-critical finance automations, and monitored bot health and environment performance. They also mentored junior RPA developers, created technical documentation, and collaborated with infrastructure teams to improve automation infrastructure performance and disaster recovery capabilities.
Responsibilities:
The individual conducted process mapping and analysis, identified inefficiencies, and optimized workflows for automation technologies like RPA and Selenium. They created automation solutions, managed project risks, and standardized documents. They also developed reusable components, monitored bot workload, and communicated technical concepts effectively to both business and technical teams.
