  • This project at DAT Freight & Analytics involved improvements across DAT’s digital freight platform, focusing on enhancing load search, booking and mobile usability for carriers and brokers. Contributed to the launch of the AI-powered DAT iQ platform, enhancing freight rate forecasting and benchmarking. Drove feature development, user experience enhancements and performance tracking to support platform growth and adoption across web and mobile.
  • Work with product managers, stakeholders (carriers, brokers, internal teams) to identify business needs and user pain points.
  • Led improvements in freight search functionality included multi select filters like origin, destination, equipment type, date range to achieve more precise results.
