• Chopped fiberglass, resins and catalysts onto prepared molds and died using pneumatic spray guns
• Mixed catalysts into resins and saturated cloth and mats with mixtures, using brushes
• Assembled components of AS-350, AS-365 and AS-011 helicopter A/C kits and systems

• In this position I performed full durability tests on asphalts and coatings using 26"inch blow stills in the oxidation lab of the research and development department
• Tests included flash point, softening point analysis, penetration, viscosity and stain characteristics
• Asphalt samples were oxidized to a specific softening point then placed in a temperature controlled distilled water bath to cool before performing other tests
• Cleaned and maintained the lab and it's machinery and utensils to audit-ready standards at all times
• Participated in thermo-dynamic engineering of the blow still and sparger technology
• Utilized Pressurized Aging Vessels (PAV) to simulate natural weathering of asphalts and coatings for DSR analysis for the finished product to be used on roofing shingles of the company's name
• Recorded results and findings on MS EXCEL spreadsheets and kept records of asphalt brands, fillers and their warehouse locations.
