Summary

I was previously a nursing student at Labour'e college in 2020, I had to leave the program due to underlying issues of not being able to afford my loans, I had recently moved on my own with no financial support and had to work full time to be able to afford all my bills. I have all my pre nursing requisites done. I have 8 years of customer service experience overall and 4 years of health related service. I have attached my transcript below for more information.

My reasoning on wanting to become a nurse is due to my father passing away when I was at the age of 15, I had to take on the role of a care taker for him and I had gotten experience having to help someone sick and on hospice care. I was the only one who he had as family to help him drain his kidneys and drain the bag. Bandage and wrap his infected feet and make sure they do not get worse. When my father was in the hospital he did not get the care he needed and it motivated me to want to become a nurse to help make a difference in healthcare and show the patients who do not have family or friends to care for them that there is someone who will and show kindness to all. My desired job I would love to work is labor and delivery, I have two children and it would warm my heart to help the babies and mommies in need that are not experienced, who are scared and need help.
