I have been at Braums since I was 15, I have a lot of experience in the fast food industry. I have dealt with rude customers gracefully and have calmed down heated situations. I quickly climbed the ladder at Braums once I turned 16 and have been offered a manager position multiple times and have had to declined. I declined because they don't atone for my college classes and it's difficult to do school with their scheduling. I work with my coworkers to provide good speeds of services and to promote sales. I have experience both opening and closing braums so I could work either shift needed. The management at Braums isn't ideal and Im looking for a job with better management that cares for their employees.
