Managed a Team in Charleston that consisted of a Service Manager, 8 Service Advisors, 19 Technicians in a 20 bay shop that included the Alignment bay. Parts Team consisted of a Parts Manager, 6 Counter Sales People, 2 people to maintain the warehouse and and deliver parts locally.
Both teams achieved substantial growth year over year on a consistent basis.
Service total labor gross profit increased by 82%, with a steady improvement of Customer pay labor gross year over year and Parts total gross increased by 15% year over year and Customer Pay parts gross profit percentage increased by 11% during the time frame I was the Fixed Operations Manager.
Managed a Team in North Charleston that Consisted of a Service Manager, 8 Service Advisors, 27 Technicians in a 30 bay shop that included the Alignment bay, and Tint/Ceramic Coating bay. Parts Team consisted of a Parts Manager, 3 Counter Sales People, Delivery Driver, and a Shipping and Receiving Clerk.
Total Service Gross Profit increased by 75%, and Customer Pay Gross Profit increased by a minimum of 11% year over year. Total Parts gross profit increased by 78% and Customer Pay gross profit percentage grew by 12% during the time I was the Fixed Operations Manger.
During the 8 years we also implemented in house Tint and Ceramic Coating Techs, as well as developed and negotiated relationships with multiple outside service companies to enhance our product with New and Used Cars.

Increased staff by building from within due to our location being over 2 hours from the closest Community College that taught Automotive Mechanics, and worked with Fiat Motors in have our local Community College certified as a CAP light institution.
