1985-1986- Administrator of Highland Pines Nursing Facility in Longview, Texas. During tenure increased private pay census from 30-45% and facility achieved it's first Superior Rating from State Survey Agency during annual survey.

1986-1989- Administrator at Quality Care of Waco in Waco , Tx. During tenure here facility maintained 95% private pay census and doubled bed size from 121 to 224. Being one of few facilities in state at that time to have 87 single patient rooms. Maintained 90% occupancy with a Waiting list during tenure.

1989-2017- COO/CEO of Stebbins Five Companies. Responsible for operational performance of 10 large nursing facilities in Texas. Including Longview, Waco, Dallas, Fort Worth and Austin large skilled nursing facilities. Maintained 90% occupancy,with 25% Medicare mix. Some of the highest Medicaid rates in the state by properly managing the state's Staffing Enhancement Add on rates. Managed participation in the initial CMS Bundled Payment Program(BPCI).

20092023- Brentwood Hospice and Morningstar Home Health started and managed in Dallas / Fort Worth. During this time both agencies grew continuously and maintained significant profitability.

2009-2022 - President of Citation Insurance, Ltd. Providing General/ Professional Liability/Employee work related injury coverage to 10 nursing facilities and 2500 employees with $85mil/year in revenue.

2017-2023- President/CEO at Gordon Jordan, LLC. Continued to provide management services of companies I owned at Retirement and Nursing Center-Austin, Brentwood hospice. Morningstar home health, Stebbins hospice,, Stebbins Aviation, Gojo home health and Home Healthcare of North Central Texas. Until successful sold all companies.
