  • Managed, prioritized, and executed all production-related tasks involved with manufacturing Pyroelectric and Lead Salt Infrared Detectors, effectively transitioning from R&D into a manufacturing startup
  • Produced and maintained the entire Pyroelectric detector line offered by LCPG, including engineering content, production support, marketing/sales support, and R&D management
  • Lead engineer on many innovative developments in the Pyroelectric industry including detector design, detector performance/quality, and materials science
  • Maintained all production departments including assembly, testing, materials processing, and facilities. This to include locating, developing and maintaining corporate partnerships while setting up outside production with Third Party contract manufactures.
  • Implemented QMS based practices required in production and engineering to obtain ISO 9001:2015 certification, also supported the incoming QMS practices to qualify and maintain qualified suppliers
  • Assembled and maintained manufacturing process equipment including physical vapor deposition, metal black deposition, gross/fine leak testing, resistive welding, wirebonding, material dicing/scribing, semiconductor material polishing, FTIR spectrometers, lock-in, amplifiers, blackbody sources, signal analyzers, and plasma cleaning
