Directly supervises all front office staff and personnel while ensuring that all duties are properly met and completed by end of business day.
• Welcome guests and visitors to the front lobby of the facility, record their information and choose a room or rooms for them based on their needs.
• Model and provide superior customer service in all guest and associate interactions.
• Coordinate solutions quickly when guests experience problems in their room by working with housekeeping and/or service staff.
• Collect the guest’s payment using either credit/debits cards, cash or checking account information for rooms at the end of each stay and ask for a room deposit when necessary.
• Settle the facility register at the end of each shift or day by counting the drawer, printing receipts, and running financial activity reports.

• Answered phone calls and emails and delivered messages to internal staff members to other external staff members from other various departments within clinic.
• Greeted patients and visitors, assisted with answering questions or redirecting any unanswered questions to their appropriate departments withing the hospital facilities.
• Checked- in patients and entered in new patient information in clinic portal and collected any new or updated patient information such as contact or insurance information.
• Checked- out patients and assisted with rescheduling any upcoming return to clinic orders or other referrals instructed by the provider as well as any other consults that may be needed.
• Maintained and secured patient information and records confidentially as per policy and guidance provided via paper filing or electronically.
• Entered, reviewed, and assisted with verifying patients’ insurance information.
• Responsible for running and printing daily encounter reports to ensure that all appointments were accounted for to include no-shows.
