Brandon hicks

As a sales associate at target I am responsible for guiding and interacting with customers to enhance their shopping experience. By doing this I have gained communication, and problem solving skills while also learning customer service skills. Target has allowed me to gain experience in Teamwork working with other associates at completing tasks to efficiently use our time.

During this job I emailed sent emails out to potential clients for a credentialing business. This gave me experience in forming accurate and formal emails to other buisnesses.

Working at walmart in Highschool taught me discipline and Time management. In high school I played football aswell as worked at walmart part-time which was challenging but im glad that I did it to work on advocating for myself when Things didn't align for example having practice when I was scheduled to work during that time, I communicated with managers and got the time switched.
