As the retail administrator my job duties include, overseeing two boutiques on property, managing a sales team, as well as establishing connections with different spa & retail vendors. Exceling in the staging/ visualize merchandise in a retail and spa environment. I am also responsible to manage the payments and checkbook for retail. Since starting this position, I have Increased retail revenue sales by 73% for both boutiques. I've successfully hosted trunk shows and spa events for club members and guests of the resort. My job duties included promptly checking in/checking out guests, booking spa reservations in-person & over the phone, as well as creating a unique & memorable experiences for the guest.
