As a passenger Service Agent my job was to deplane and plane people, Provide manifest to the pilots and flight attendants. I would also help adjust the customer's flights and add bags ass needed. I would always be on the move from gate to gate and helping my team when needed.

Working for Fleetcor was a great experience. I would arrange travel accomodations for flight crews providing them with ground transportation and hotel stays. I assisted flight crews with cancellations and adjustments to help minimize travel disruptions.
