General manager directly responsible for the vehicle maintenance, damage estimating, in fleeting and de fleeting of a 5000 unit rental fleet. Directly supervised 20 associates in the day to day operations of fleet maintenance. Provided recruiting, training and performance management for all associates under my leadership. Competent in CDK software, Audatex damage estimating and Rocket Blue Zone software.

Built a 1.8 mil location at Swift Creek while providing direction to the other 3 Richmond locations. Developed and trained four complete teams for distribution through out the Richmond AAA Car Care Centers.

• Created and trained state inspection classes to provide three State Inspectors in each store.

Recruit, mentor, train and retain high quality associates for 29 Automotive tire and service profit centers in the Richmond and Tidewater area.

Ensure strong sales and financials while growing the customer base and employee retention. Maintain TBC policies and ensure the security and safety of the area store and associates.

• Increased vehicle count from a comp negative to a 7% increase to date
• Recruited and trained 16 profit center Managers from area competition resulting in the strongest management base in the company.
• Provided the management training and direction resulting in double digit sales increases and ending in a 500K increase profit over budget.
• Created a State Inspection workshop for the area resulting in an average of three State Inspectors in every profit center.
