• Developed talent to ensure Loves continued to be supplied with exceptional leaders during its rapid growth. Three leaders that started their careers in my stores progressed to District Managers.
• Store, Arby's , and Tire Care were all recognized as Center of Excellence status for FY 2022,2023, and 2024.
• Assumed the leadership of 3 stores in crisis and made them solid performers by setting standards and developing culture.
• Supervised a successful opening of Store 627 in Davenport FL
• Assumed the leadership and successfully operated two top 10 stores in Region 1920.
• Volunteered for special projects such as mentoring my peers and leading the district Atlas integration.

• Operated a Staples that was ranked in the top three for my tier for combined sales and Customer Service and was ranked #1 in 2012.
• Grew a new Tech Services division from $400 a week to over $3000 in two years.
• Achieved Gold status for Customer Service 2011-2013.
• Developed numerous associates who were promoted and was a mentor for newly promoted managers.

Started my Travel Center career with Pilot. During my year there I was introduced to the industry and gained knowledge and skills that assisted me in my future with Loves.
