While being at Chick-Fil-A I have been trained to give second mile experience to our guests. I do this by keeping my team fast paced, continuously improving , satisfying our guest through great food, providing a safe/clean environment, fast and accurate service, and addressing our customers needs. My manager role at Chick-Fil-A is food quality, I make sure the products we are giving out is being made correctly. I monitor our products from start to finish, making sure they are safe to give out and taste fantastic. When I am running shifts I make sure team members are following all the correct procedures while making our products. I learned plenty of skills being a leader that I can carry on into life and any situation that gets put my way.

When I was employed at Pretzelmaker my role was to make our pretzels fresh from start to finish, have great customer service, Opening and closing duties such as setting up displays, restocking items, and cleaning the floors. I also counted money drawers, made money deposits, and was taught to be able to perform under pressure.
