Bartender in an extremely busy neighborhood bar, taking multiple orders at a time. Always maintained a friendly attitude and personally built up the regular clientele. Would let customers give ideas of what they liked, and would create a custom drink for them.

Catering bartender sent to a wide variety of events. Managed inventory. Drove company vehicles to events and broke down inventory upon return. Some events were large parties with 100s of guest. Some were worked alone.

Bartender at Mississippi cocktail bar. Created original cocktails daily. Also, handled extremely high volume on weekends and during the Mississippi Street Fair, with thousands of people on the street.

Server in a high volume Italian restaurant. Managed large sections of up to 14 tables at a time with coursed meals and a very extensive wine selection.
