1+1 years growth in students

As a teacher, we perform many tests to track students' data and growth throughout the year. 1+1 is awarded to teachers whose students showed a whole year's worth of growth in less than a year. That means my kinder students in mid-January were shown to have met their end-of-year goal already by mid-year.
