
Through my years in the work force my natural attention to detail was extremely helpful. My positions needed my attention to detail more often as I moved to a more sterile setting like a hospital. My current position as a players club representative also requires my attention to detail while quickly scanning information for accuracy and giving great guest service while explaining promotion. Most of my positions required a more self starter mindset since my positions required more independence. With my positions I began to realize I am able to work as a group however I prosper in more independent positions but still love the social aspect of working as a team.
Informing guests of promotions on their players club card, informing guests of current or upcoming and coming promotions. Help guests fix errors on account or update information. Notifying management banned guests. Giving directions to anyone if needed. Helping gets redeem promotions
