  • I would prepare the coffee and make sure that the coffee cart was set.
  • After putting each coffee cart on each floor, I would then get ready for trayline.
  • I would set up for trayline by getting all the side dishes and adaptive cups to put on the trays.
  • After everything that has been put on the tray that is on the ticket, I double-check the food and make sure it matches with the ticket. Then, I put the trays in the trucks.
  • Once the truck is full, I then bring it to the floor and do the same for the next trucks.
  • After trayline is over, and I have cleaned up and put the extras away, I then prepare the bowl stuff for the next meals.
  • Once that is done, I catch for the dishwasher, put dishes away, and wash the trucks.
  • Reset the coffee cart.
  • Getting ready for trayline for lunch and doing the same as I did this morning.
  • I start washing the dishes and cleaning the dishroom.
  • Bring linen to the laundry.
