Perform all oversight, ordering of material, equipment, erosion control, signage. Performed all hiring of build teams, planner, QSD, permitting, amended use permit, hiring of irrigation contractor. Performed design and installation of irrigation phases and maintenance. Orchestrated 3 District land partnership. 15 yrs collaboration and partnership with TDRPD, TSD & TTAD

10 years building Sandy’s, later to become Biggest Little Bike Park. Performed construction, maintenance, water delivery.

Consulted Washoe County on redesign of bike park, got construction bid to construct

10 years building on Martis Peak. Performed design, construction, delivery of material and tools.

7 years Where is Momma Bear. Performed trail lay out and 2 year tweeking of design for flow. After that was completed, the implementation of 14 jumps and berms. Continual maintenance, annual redesigns, erosion control and maintenance.
