• Coordinate the development and implementation of the Youth and High School Football and Community Outreach program which serves over 56,000 total impact annually.
• Serves as a liaison between all youth and high school football programs in Northeast Florida, as well as the NFL and related team partners.
• Coordinate and maintain yearly budget for all youth football programs.
• Oversee the Financial Literacy Youth Football Program impacting 3,000 Title-One Elementary Students in Duval County.
• Accountable for ensuring youth football-based programs, which include sponsor elements, continue building relationships. with Jaguar Partners to create successful programs.

• Coordinate youth football game day elements: Support all current and new community outreach efforts.

• Oversee the daily operations of a 120,000 square foot collegiate recreation center that serves a diverse student body of 14,000
• Supervise, mentor, and direct undergraduate student employees that serve as facility assistants, member services, and equipment desk checkout
• Serve as lead facility manager for supplemental program areas of aquatics, outdoor adventure, and intramural sports that occur within the Basler Center for Physical Activity (CPA)
• Complete facility reservation setup and tear down and supervise special events that occur outside of operating hours
• Provide individual and small group personal training for a diverse population that includes students, faculty, staff, alumni, and retirees
