  • Consisted of making the chicken fingers in the kitchen
  • Learned excellent leadership and "management" skills because my position was the leader of the kitchen
  • Great customer service, also worked up front with cashiers as well as in drive through
  • Learned duties for various positions and provided backup at key times.
  • Learned to be versatile because I knew how to do every position in the restaurant
  • Mentored new employees on cashier duties and best practices, improving overall staff performance.
  • Mentored new employees on back of house duties, teaching how to properly cook the chicken fingers, fries, toast, as well as how to clean their areas properly as they work
  • Multitasking was very important because while dropping the chicken I had to also drop fries when I had time
  • Communication was a big part of my job because I was the head of the kitchen, everyone did what I say, as well as repeated it back to me, if communication was off so was our food
