I am a fine arts educator, advocate, and creative professional with over fifteen years of experience working across the full educational spectrum, from Pre-K through college-level instruction. My career has been shaped by a deep commitment to artistic excellence, thoughtful pedagogy, and the belief that the arts are not only a form of expression, but a powerful tool for access, equity, and connection.
My background in fine arts education has trained me to think critically, adapt fluidly, and approach challenges from multiple perspectives. Teaching across such a wide range of ages and abilities has required creative problem-solving, flexibility, and an understanding that there is never a single correct solution—only the most thoughtful and inclusive one. This perspective informs every aspect of my work, allowing me to design meaningful, high-quality experiences that meet individuals where they are.
Alongside my work in the arts, I have spent many years actively engaged in the DE&I space, with a particular focus on disability advocacy and education. I have worked to elevate conversations surrounding accessibility, representation, and disability rights—often advocating for individuals who did not have access to a platform of their own. This work is deeply personal and foundational to my practice, shaping both how I teach and how I create.
I am passionate about the fine arts not only as a discipline, but as a vehicle for opportunity. Whether through education, community engagement, or creative leadership, my goal has always been to build spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to participate fully. I believe quality, intention, and accessibility are not separate ideals, but interconnected responsibilities.
