First, I greet the guest and tell them they can sit anywhere they will like. I then go and get their menus and go and introduce my self and ask them for their drink order. After that i go and get their drinks and bring them back then i proceed to ask them if they are ready to order if they are i will take their order and send it back and wait for it to be done while im waiting i occasionally go back and ask them if they need anything or what all sauce they need for their meal. After that i go and get their food bring it out to them and then give them time to eat. I also go and walk around to make sure all the other tables are okay and they don't need something and start picking up their trash and all. Then i go back and see if they need anything or a dessert.
