• Partners with the GM and other Leads to ensure excellent guest service.
• Delegates tasks and responsibilities to the Hospitality Team as appropriate.
• Responsible for daily cash handling which includes count cash in safe and registers, makes bank deposits, secures necessary change for operations, and ensures all cash drawers are balanced for service.
• Supports a culture of safety by upholding our safety standards and reporting injuries.
• Secures the building, ensuring the safe and all doors are locked, and the alarm is set.
• Effectively communicate with management and assists with and responds to Guests’ and Team Members’ needs and inquiries to satisfaction.
