CARLOS MULLER

Summary

Over 8 years of Experience

My passion for serving others and making meaningful contributions has guided my entire professional journey. Through my experience with 2Fly Airborne, SkyWest, and TAMEP Airlines, I developed strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills that continue to shape my professional approach. Working later as a mentor and supervisor at BYU–Pathway and within the Student Wellness department, I learned how to engage with domestic and international students, recognize team needs, and guide others with empathy and structure. These experiences have enabled me to make valuable contributions—such as writing the departmental handbook and improving internal procedures—while fostering teamwork, integrity, and consistent growth within the organization.
