Job Summary: Responsible for managing, planning, monitoring and reporting on key projects from conception through implementation. Responsible for managing many highly complex or enterprise-wide project(s) concurrently. Manages project details, data collection, reporting and internal and external communication.
· Responsible for tracking and interface with various internal work groups, vendors, general contractors for carrier orders from input to the delivery of the service to the carrier. Resolve all issues with engineering and construction ensuring delivery on committed due dates.
· Responsible for working with the carriers and end user to obtain Right of Way/Right of Entry.
Work with the NFL, NASCAR and other high-profile carriers and end users.
· Provide continuous status to the carriers and end users.
· Delivery of services in less than standard interval by working with internal work groups such as construction, engineering and provisioning.
· Worked with contractors to ensure deadlines are met or improved.
· Received two “Above and Beyond Award” for contributions to Carrier Program Management Team.
· Plans, manages, and monitors projects from concept through implementation for projects.

Project/Program Manager-Construction & Engineering-New Site Builds (9 months)
· Responsible for tracking and interface with various internal work groups, LEC’s, Carriers, Vendors and General Contractors doing new cell site builds.
· Primary responsibility to track and ensure Transport (T1/Ethernet) delivery for over 150 new cell sites.
Escalated whenever necessary to ensure transport dates were met.
· Interfaced with site acquisition, construction, engineering and integration work groups to ensure keeping the builds on track.
· Keeping track of status using PACE PROLIANCE, CASPR & EXCEL. Monitoring key milestones (MS)
· Market area representative for CLLI Code requests
· Monitoring all rehomes & network conflicts not to impact migration and launch of new site builds, carrier adds and relocates.
· Interfaced with vendors to have new cell sites and ETTCS 2.0, 2.5 & ping tested. Resolved any issues.
· Interfaced with internal work groups to have the SIAD placed, scripted & pinged.
· Interfaced with internal work groups to have transport ordered from various transport vendors. Following up with transport vendors and general contractors. Resolving any issues to ensure the new builds stayed on schedule.
· Closeouts –working with Turf Vendors and General Contractors to closeout purchase orders.
· Coordinated with OPS & Network Reliability Centers to ensure no network conflicts.
· Worked with various documents such as MOP and CIQ’s.
· Engaging engineers to make necessary changes when needed. CIQ information: ATND, STND, RND TND
· All aspects of nighttime technical project work related to the movement of existing traffic in the network, which is customer impacting.
· Including managing the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables, manage OPS, engineers & drive test teams to ensure tasks were completed successfully and kept the Mobility Network Reliability Centers informed of activities and issues impacting the network.
· Managed multiple high value strategic projects that involve new and/or enhancing technology.

· Migrated 2G to 3G, 3G to 4G, decommission MTSO’s, including trunks, 911 trunks, and all transport facilities, VOLTE, DAS & VOIP.
