As a current Team Trainer at Chick-Fil-A, my position entails of training new hires on all front counter positions and operations, as well as maintaining performance standards amongst current team members. I hold orientation for new hires, familiarizing them with our team and store culture, followed by training sessions on each position. I work to understand people's learning styles, adapt well to different environment, prioritizing efficiency, and quality.
